3.0T Direct Port Methanol Injection Kit - Includes all parts required specifically for the 3.0T engine. Plates (2), breather extension (1), head studs (6), spacers (6) EXCLUDING the pump, controller, lines and nozzles.
The largest intake system available for the 4.0tt platform with a true full 2.5" intake runner all the way to the turbo. Inlet depression on the stock turbo can reach 750mbar while our inlet pipe doesnt drop below 900 resulting in a free 3-4psi on the top end. 30-40hp gains consistently at redline. 5 axis machined inlet snouts are welded to mandrel bent tubing specifically designed for this application. Fits S6 S7 RS6 RS7 A8 4.0tfsi applications. This does NOT fit the D4 S8.

The APR Carbon Fiber Intake System is an attractive high-performance upgrade designed to increase performance by letting the engine breathe more freely.
After a lengthy R&D process USP Motorsports is please to announce an Intake System with heat sheild for the Audi A6 3.0T. The factory system runs a maximum of 3.5" piping. Their upgraded USP Motorsports system features a 3" to 3.5" to 4" piping and cone style filter. The system also includes an aluminum heat shield to protect intake air from engine bay heat. As a result you yield lower intake air temperatures.

USP Motorsports is proud to offer a complete closed element air intake system for the 2.0T. After testing several designs, USP chose to go with a closed element intake system which is fed directly through the front grill of the vehicle.
The mass air flow sensor is joined to a closed element carbon fiber canister filter. The canister filter does not just look good but also performs. Constructed of carbon fiber and incorporating a high flow air filter, this filter was the perfect choice.
Finishing the intake off is USP’s patent-pending Tear-Duct. Not just a normal intake snorkel, the Tear-Duct has specifically been designed to allow maximum air into your engine. As air enters the front of your vehicle it is captured and compressed at the Duct. As air moves through the Duct, it is further compressed by the “Tear Drop” design located at the rear of the duct. The “Tear Drop” not only compresses the air but also increases flow allowing more air to be pulled into the engine.
Dyno testing yielded exception power results through-out the RPM range. Users can expect to see gains of 8-16 wheel horsepower and 10-16 ft/lbs of torque at the wheels. Modified vehicles will experience larger power gains.
