Downpipes

The USP Motorsports high flow cat pipe bolts directly to the OEM naturally aspirated headers and features new downpipes. This pipe increases torque and horsepower through the mid and high range of the powerband by eliminating the very restrictive factory pipe which holds the catalytic converters.

The USP Motorsports High Flow RS3 & TTRS downpipe transcends expectations in quality, performance, and sound. This system has been through extensive testing and is finally ready for its release. With an astounding growl, this downpipe is sure to turn some heads as your RS3 or TTRS cruises or rips down the road. If that wasn't enough, you can also expect a gain of 25+ wheel horsepower. Our stainless steel, mandrel bent, high flow design provides the supersonic airflow, increasing throttle response and overall power increase. No exhaust restrictions mean no wasted potential. Starting from a 96mm (3.79") opening, this system transitions down to a 3" section, through a 5" High-Flow 200-cell catalytic converter and splits off into dual 2.5" straight sections that connect directly to your factory exhaust. This system has been tested on multiple 9 second, 700+ WHP RS3 and TTRS cars. It sounds incredible, optimal performance and as always backed by our lifetime warranty.

Users can expect to see gains of 20-30whp and 20-30wtq especially when combined with software. Constructed of full 3” stainless steel tubing the USP downpipe reduces exhaust restriction and increases power and throttle response. Included with each downpipe are three adapters to suit factory as well as almost every aftermarket exhaust system.

Users can expect to see gains of 20-30whp and 20-30wtq especially when combined with software. Constructed of full 3” stainless steel tubing the USP downpipe reduces exhaust restriction and increases power and throttle response. Included with each downpipe is an adapter which allows the downpipe to mate up to factory as well as almost every aftermarket exhaust system. A 3” adapter is also included for a seamless installation to more 3” aftermarket exhaust systems.

USP is pleased to offer the highest quality and most affordable downpipe for the Audi 2.0T platform. Constructed of mandrel bent 3" stainless steel the USP downpipe replaces the restrictive factory pipe and resonator. You can expect horsepower gains of 5-8 horsepower at the wheels and even more on modified cars. The USP downpipe is completely bolt on, requiring no cutting or welding and can used with the factory catalytic converter or aftermarket high flow cats and testpipes. Installation hardware is also included.
