Returns & Refunds:

In order to process a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from our Customer Service Representatives by emailing us at sales@sillyrabbitmotorsport.com. If the merchandise is acceptable for return in accordance with this policy, a shipping label will be emailed to you and a Return Merchandise Authorization Form can be printed out and filled by clicking this link: --> RMA Form <--

SRM purchases are final. Items may be returned provided merchandise has been purchased within 30 days, merchandise has not been used, altered, special-ordered, limited production, or purchased on special sale.  All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Certain limited production products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. This is due to the fact that they are made specifically for the customer that orders them after the order is placed. Significant time and material go in to producing these products and we cannot recuperate these costs. If a limited production product is found to be defective the customer may contact us for permission for it to be shipped back and the product may be exchanged or repaired at our discretion. You must contact us before shipping any limited production product back to us. The customer incurs the cost of return shipping but will be reimbursed if the product is found to be defective. This is done at our discretion, and products must be returned in like new condition for our assessment as to whether they are defective. Products that show signs of use or wear may be denied if we decide it cannot be determined conclusively if the product was abused or used incorrectly and this is at our sole discretion. Products not eligible for returns or refunds that are limited production will state "Limited production" in the item description. Failure to contact us before shipping a limited production product back may result in return shipping not being reimbursed and the product being denied repair or replacement. You must receive approval from us before shipping a limited production product back to us.

Custom tuning services are non-refundable after the 30 day period from date of purchase. This applies only to custom tuning services which are paid for and not used. After any tuning files are sent, this service is no longer refundable.

Please make returns using the pre-paid return shipping label sent to you. You must also include the RMA form in your package.

These instructions must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return, and SRM will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

 1. Package Your Merchandise

The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition or original packaging. Enclose the merchandise and RMA Form.

2. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label

               You MUST use the  return shipping label provided along with the RMA Form. 

               If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return may not be processed and SRM will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package                 is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.

3. Processing Your Return/Exchange

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be processed depending on Inventory availability.

Please note: Merchandise showing signs of use, alteration, or damage in any way, will not be accepted for return or exchange. If your Return is not accepted, you must notify us within 30 days if you would like to receive your merchandise back. Items unclaimed after 30 days become property of SRM.


SRM Products Carry A Limited 12 Month Warranty Against Defects In Workmanship Or Materials On Products Manufactured By SRM,.

Not Extending To Normal Wear And Tear Or Misuse Or Damage Caused By Incorrect Installation.  

Warranty Is Limited To The Part In Question, And Does Not Include Surrounding Parts Or Labor Costs Involved In Installation, Removal And Shipping.  

Warranty Claims For Parts Manufactured By 3rd Parties Must Be Handled Directly With The Manufacturer.
